What a delicious and enjoyable cup of coffee I just had! I'm not sure if this is a traditional Sudanese practice, but the proprietor of this establishment told me the "secret" ingredient to his house-roasted coffee. I'm not going to spoil the surprise here, so go in and see for yourself!

Absolutely scrumptuous spicy liver sandwiches and refreshing mango lassi. My craving for this is so strong I've driven across town to satisfy it, though my family much prefers their shakshuka (eggs). The owner runs the show solo so be sure to check hours before heading over. It's usually never too busy but prepared to wait should there be any more than a couple tables ahead.

Went there a few times with friends, the breakfast was awesome. The liver is cooked to perfection, and the mint tea is a must try, along with the sugar cookies. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, he even joined our table to get to know us. Told my co-workers about the place and we made several pick up orders for lunch. Also the coffee is amazing!!!!

Unpretentious, homey place with tasty food. The bread was hot from the oven. There are lots of vegetarian options. Can’t wait to go back and try more! The only problem we had was that they didn’t have Diet Coke, but this wasn’t a big deal :)

Searched for coffee shops and found this gem! More of a restaurant but you can get various coffees like espresso and sudanese coffee also. It's more patronized by Ethiopian natives so it's perfect. No flash. Very simple menu. But absolutely delicious. I was the only woman there for lunch but felt completely safe. All my questions answered; such a wonderful experience! I ordered the Foul (see picture). Getting the one with falafel next time! Definitely adding it to my favorites list.
